*Note: This particular saw has the goal of lightening up a bucksaw while still keeping it strong. A pine saw by itself would be very light, but in order to make it stronger it is bonded with zebrawood veneers and has zebrawood reinforced joints. The project was a success, with the 21″ version of the saw weighing in at 13 ounces.
