The Fisherman model is a sportsman bushcraft knife. It’s a nice, thin (5/64 inch thick) convex grind. This knife has pretty nice flexiblity to it, somewhere between a boning knife and a fillet knife. A dedicated fillet knife might be thinner and more flexible, where this here would make a great general sportsman’s knife.
We offer two flexibility options with the Fisherman. Medium has pretty good flex for filleting fish, but is a little more rigid for boning and miscellaneous camp chores. High flexibility has an even thinner blade, and is more of a dedicated fish filleting knife. Flexibility stated below.

Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse or factory. Stocks are subject to change at any time. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
